Winter Slagharen Event to Transform Dutch Park with Seasonal Features

The Netherlands - Attractie- & Vakantiepark Slagharen in the Netherlands will host its annual Winter Slagharen event, scheduled from December 6, 2025, to January 4, 2026. The park, which features a western theme, will incorporate winter decorations and special events during this period.

Extended Operating Hours and Themed Attractions

Throughout the Winter Slagharen event, the park will extend its operating hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. Attractions will feature festive decorations. The Winter Western Village will include an ice rink, providing visitors with an opportunity to engage in a winter activity within the park’s western theme.

Entertainment Options

The event will offer various entertainment options, including the Magical Winter Circus show, with characters such as Kelvin the Christmas Elf. Fireworks and fountain shows will be held at the “Ripsaw Falls” attraction. A Christmas show in the Circus Theater is also scheduled.

Dining and Special Events

Visitors staying at the holiday park during Christmas and New Year can partake in a buffet at the “Big Jake” restaurant. The park will also conduct Sinterklaas weekends in November, featuring activities and events related to the Dutch tradition.
