Universal Epic Universe to Launch First Holiday Season with Themed Decorations

Universal Epic Universe - Universal Epic Universe is preparing for its initial holiday season, featuring festive decorations in select themed areas from November 21, 2025, to January 4, 2026. Decorations will be prominently displayed in Celestial Park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, including Christmas trees, garlands, and themed elements such as a gingerbread cookie depicting a Demiguise.

Decorative Highlights in Select Areas

For its holiday debut, only certain sections of Universal Epic Universe will feature seasonal decorations. Visitors can find holiday-themed transformations in Celestial Park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. Other sections, including Super Nintendo World, Dark Universe, and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, will probably not participate in this holiday decoration effort.

Exclusions and Unique Traditions

Some areas of Universal Epic Universe will not feature traditional holiday decorations but maintain unique themes. The Isle of Berk section, associated with the How to Train Your Dragon series, will not adopt conventional festive themes due to its alignment with the series’ lore. Instead, it celebrates the fictional festival of Snoggletog.

Comparative Holiday Efforts

Universal Studios Japan will continue to decorate its Super Nintendo World with seasonal decor, contrasting with Universal Epic Universe’s selective decoration strategy. Although the new park’s holiday decorations are limited to specific areas, it is part of ongoing festive activities within the Universal Orlando Resort.
