ROARR! Opens ‘The Best Kids Café Ever!’ Where Children Create Their Own Crazy Meals

ROARR!, the dinosaur-themed family park in Norfolk, has expanded its food offering with a playful new concept aimed squarely at its youngest visitors. On 18 July 2026, the park officially opens The Best Kids Café Ever!, a new dining experience where children are encouraged to design their own meals with unusual and imaginative ingredient combinations.

The café is located near the Predator High Ropes attraction and forms part of a wider investment package launching for the 2026 summer season. Rather than offering a traditional children’s menu, the concept invites guests to mix and match ingredients however they like, creating everything from sweet-and-savory combinations to deliberately outrageous creations.

The attraction is designed around a simple idea: letting children take control of their meal instead of adults deciding what goes on the plate. According to the park, the café itself was inspired by ideas from children, with the aim of making the dining experience as much a part of the day’s entertainment as the rides themselves.

Part of a Bigger Summer Expansion

The café does not open in isolation. The launch coincides with one of ROARR!’s largest summer expansions in recent years, headlined by Fossil Falls, a new 107-metre-long tubing slide that is promoted as the longest attraction of its kind in the United Kingdom. The ride officially opens on the same day as the café, giving visitors two major additions to discover during the summer holidays.

In addition, the surrounding area near Predator High Ropes has been refreshed with complementary food outlets, including Nautilus Fish & Chips and the Tuck Shop, creating a larger family dining hub within the park.

Continuing Investment at ROARR!

The Best Kids Café Ever! follows several notable developments at ROARR! throughout 2026. Earlier this year the park permanently closed its Secret Animal Garden, with the animals successfully rehomed, allowing the attraction to focus more heavily on its core dinosaur-themed adventure experience. The new café and Fossil Falls represent the latest phase of that strategy, adding new reasons for families to spend a full day at the 85-acre attraction.

The investment reflects a growing trend among family attractions to turn dining into part of the entertainment itself. Rather than simply providing a place to eat, parks are increasingly creating interactive food experiences that become attractions in their own right. With children encouraged to experiment and build their own imaginative meals, ROARR! is hoping its newest addition becomes just as memorable as the rides themselves.
