Italy - Mirabilandia, the largest amusement park in Italy, is set to host a horror-themed event titled “Suburbia Summer Nightmare.” Scheduled to occur from August 12 to 17, 2025, the event will serve as a precursor to the park’s Halloween activities, offering guests six nights of horror-themed entertainment.
Event Details and Attractions
The “Suburbia Summer Nightmare” will take place in areas adjacent to two of Mirabilandia’s attractions: Reset and Blu River. Each evening, starting at 8:00 PM, the park will feature a themed landscape with ghostly elements. Visitors will encounter a cityscape with monstrous figures and dark alleyways, enhanced by set designs.
A notable aspect of the event is the horror tunnel “Acid Rain,” which is designed to provide an intense experience. Attendees can also navigate themed areas featuring asylum cells, a lazaretto with a morgue, and a tent city. Over 100 performers will participate, portraying characters to enhance the horror atmosphere through themed paths.

“Suburbia Summer Nightmare” previews the park’s Halloween events. In addition to the main attractions, visitors can expect additional shows and surprises during the week. The event has gained popularity since its introduction, becoming a notable feature at Mirabilandia.
Admission to “Suburbia Summer Nightmare” is included with the park’s standard entry ticket. During the event week, a promotional rate of €16.90 is available starting from 5:00 PM, providing an accessible option for guests to experience the horror-themed event.
