Time is running out for fans who want to leave a permanent mark at Six Flags Great America. The park has announced that 9 August 2026 is the final day to purchase a personalised brick for the Great America Legacy Path, giving guests one last opportunity to become part of the park’s history.
The commemorative walkway, located near the park’s entrance, allows visitors to celebrate special memories with an engraved brick that will remain on display for years to come.
A Permanent Tribute
Guests can personalise their brick with names, dates or short messages celebrating family traditions, first visits, anniversaries or favourite memories at the park.
Each order also includes a miniature replica of the engraved brick, allowing purchasers to take home a matching keepsake while their full-size brick becomes part of the Legacy Path.
After 9 August, no further orders will be accepted.
Supporting Future Improvements
The Legacy Path is more than just a commemorative project. A portion of the proceeds from every brick sold will help support future improvements and preservation projects throughout Six Flags Great America, allowing guests to contribute directly to the park’s future.
Nearly 50 Years of Memories
Since opening in 1976, Six Flags Great America has welcomed millions of visitors and become home to some of the United States’ best-known roller coasters, including Goliath, Raging Bull, X-Flight, Maxx Force and the new Wrath of Rakshasa.
With the park approaching its 50th anniversary, the Legacy Path offers fans a unique opportunity to become a permanent part of its story. Once the 9 August deadline has passed, the chance to add a personalised brick to the walkway will be gone.
