California - Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, is preparing for its holiday season events, scheduled from November 14, 2025, to January 7, 2026. The park will feature seasonal decorations and activities, blending Disney’s signature style with holiday themes.
Seasonal Events at Disneyland Park
Disneyland Park will be decorated with holiday-themed adornments, including over 80,000 lights on Sleeping Beauty Castle. The “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” will return, featuring themed floats and Disney characters. The “Believe… in Holiday Magic” fireworks display will be held as a nighttime event. The “Haunted Mansion Holiday” will offer a seasonal version of the classic attraction.
Main Street, U.S.A. will experience artificial snowfall, enhancing the holiday atmosphere. Mickey and Minnie Mouse, along with other characters, will wear holiday-themed costumes, aligning with the park’s ongoing 70th Celebration.
Activities at Disney California Adventure Park
Disney California Adventure Park will present a range of holiday-themed events. The Disney ¡Viva Navidad! street party will include performances by Mexican folklórico dancers, mariachis, and Brazilian samba performers. Cars Land will be redecorated for the season, featuring attractions like Mater’s Jingle Jamboree and Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl with holiday themes.
The Festive Food Marketplaces will offer a selection of multicultural foods. Themed character experiences and music will contribute to the holiday ambiance.
Downtown Disney District and Resort Hotels
Downtown Disney and the Resort Hotels will participate in the holiday celebrations with nightly snowfalls and Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail. Dining events like Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast and Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party will be available.
There will also be exclusive holiday merchandise and seasonal treats. Guests staying three or more nights can receive up to 20% off select hotel stays until December 19, 2025.
Continuation of the 70th Celebration
The 70th Celebration at Disneyland Resort will continue alongside the holiday events. Attractions such as “World of Color – Happiness!” and “Tapestry of Happiness” will remain open. However, some shows, like “Paint the Night,” will be paused during the holiday season to focus on seasonal activities.
