Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Opens New Family Area: Wild Oasis

Florida - Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has opened a new area named Wild Oasis, which offers entertainment and educational experiences for families. This rainforest-themed section contains attractions and interactive exhibits intended for visitors of all ages.

Attractions and Exhibits

Wild Oasis includes various attractions and exhibits. One of the main features is the Habitat Hideaway, a multi-species exhibit where guests can observe animals such as capybaras, giant anteaters, squirrel monkeys, and various tropical birds. This exhibit provides an educational view of the wildlife found in rainforest ecosystems.

The Treetop Drop is another component of Wild Oasis. This attraction is a 35-foot (10.7 meters) drop tower ride with a cenote-themed jungle setting, incorporating multimedia elements.

Interactive Play and Dining

The Canopy Climb offers an interactive experience with four levels of climbing structures. Visitors can explore over 200 feet (61 meters) of horizontal trails and vertical climbs that reach up to 45 feet (13.7 meters) high. This feature is designed to provide a physically engaging environment.

The Enchanted Falls splash pad is aimed at younger visitors, featuring fountains and spray towers for water play.

Additional Features

Additional features of Wild Oasis include a scavenger hunt and TOMA at Orang Café, which serves a menu inspired by Latin-American cuisine.

Busch Gardens is offering a promotion for its Fun Card. Visitors who purchase one Fun Card receive a second one for free, providing access to both Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park throughout the remainder of 2025. Fun Card holders can also attend various seasonal events included with park admission.
