Belgium - For the first time in its history, Bobbejaanland will remain open during the winter months. The park has announced a brand-new seasonal event called “Bobbejaanland Wintert”, which will transform the site into a festive holiday destination starting in December 2025.
A new chapter for the park’s calendar
The winter season will run from December 6, 2025 to January 4, 2026, marking a major extension of the park’s operational year. This move aligns Bobbejaanland with other European parks that have expanded into year-round offerings, especially during the Christmas period.
Attractions and atmosphere
During this special event, the park will be redecorated into a full winter wonderland. Confirmed features include a large outdoor ice rink, a Christmas village themed as Santa’s Village, a winter circus, and a selection of seasonal snacks and entertainment. The entrance area and various pathways will be enhanced with festive lighting, winter décor, and themed photo spots to create a warm and immersive holiday experience.
Promotion already underway
Guests visiting the park during the summer season can already spot promotional signage advertising the upcoming winter event. A large display board near the entrance teases the main features of “Bobbejaanland Wintert” alongside cheerful winter artwork. While the full list of open rides has not yet been confirmed, the focus appears to be on seasonal charm and family-oriented entertainment.
